Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 sustainability roadmap targeting 50% carbon reduction
- Lead R&D partnerships with MIT and Stanford for biodegradable material innovations
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks aligning with GRI and SASB standards
- Manage $5M innovation fund for circular economy startups
- Develop AI-powered sustainability analytics dashboard for real-time impact tracking
- Present quarterly to C-suite board and UN Climate Action stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in sustainable design thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Master's degree in Environmental Science or MBA with sustainability specialization
- Proven track record scaling circular economy initiatives (portfolio required)
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools (SAP Sustainability Cloud, Persefoni)
- Certified ESG Manager (CEM) or B Corp Leadership credential
- Fluency in sustainability AI/automation tools (Sustain.Labs, Verdantix)
- Experience securing $3M+ green innovation grants
- Public speaking experience at global sustainability forums (e.g., COP, WEF)
