Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability strategy aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero commitments
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement circular economy models across supply chains
- Drive ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB) and investor communications
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and regulatory bodies
- Oversee carbon footprint reduction initiatives targeting 50% absolute emissions decrease
- Champion employee engagement programs and sustainable innovation labs
- Manage $5M+ sustainability budget with ROI-focused project portfolio
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 2020+ carbon neutrality experience
- Proven expertise in ESG reporting frameworks and carbon accounting standards
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional sustainability transformations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite/board experience
- Proficiency in sustainability software (SAP Sustainability Cloud, Watershed)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSCP) or equivalent preferred
