Responsibilities
- Architect carbon-negative energy systems using AI-driven optimization frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying geothermal-solar hybrid microgrids
- Develop patent-pending energy storage solutions for grid resilience
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients on decarbonization roadmaps
- Drive R&D for next-gen hydrogen fuel cell integration
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior engineers in sustainable technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in renewable energy system architecture
- Expertise in AI/ML for energy grid optimization
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale microgrids
- Professional certification in LEED or BREEAM
- Published research in climate-tech innovation journals
- Experience securing DOE grants for green initiatives
- Strong proficiency in energy modeling software (HOMER, EnergyPlus)
