Responsibilities
- Design net-zero energy infrastructure systems for urban environments
- Develop circular economy models for construction materials lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional teams implementing smart grid technologies
- Conduct lifecycle analysis for carbon footprint reduction
- Research emerging climate adaptation technologies (AI-driven resource management)
- Secure LEED/Well certifications for infrastructure projects
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and municipal partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience in sustainable infrastructure development
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) and energy modeling tools
- Certification in LEED AP or WELL AP preferred
- Understanding of ASHRAE 189.1 and IECC 2026 standards
- Experience with circular economy implementation in construction
- Strong project management with PMP certification
- Published research in sustainable urban development (preferred)
