Responsibilities
- Maintain Spotless Environments: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to company standards.
- Floor Care: Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish floors to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Restock Supplies: Ensure all amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies are fully stocked and organized.
- Sanitation Protocols: Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and chemical usage guidelines.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team promptly.
- Guest Relations: Interact professionally with guests and clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work a consistent schedule.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and strong communication skills.
