Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, sanitized, and polished to a high standard.
- Laundry management, including folding, ironing, and organizing linens.
- Restock amenities and cleaning supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the management team promptly.
- Interact professionally with clients and homeowners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
