As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety, health, and aesthetic appeal of our client properties. Your work directly impacts the satisfaction of residents and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Deep Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of living areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Laundry Management: Sort, wash, fold, and organize linens, towels, and beddings to meet high standards of hygiene.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms or common areas.
- Restroom Maintenance: Ensure restrooms are spotless, stocked, and sanitized throughout the shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols for chemical handling and equipment usage.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with residents or building guests.
- Report Issues: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, dirt, and areas that need attention.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history is essential.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and interact with the team.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
