Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready for use.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in designated areas.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in guest rooms and hallways.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
