Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Ensure all amenities (soap, towels, toiletries) are restocked and neatly arranged.
- Empty trash cans and recycling bins, replacing liners as necessary.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (broken fixtures, leaks) and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
