Responsibilities
- Sanitation & Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of all assigned areas to the highest standards.
- Bedmaking: Strip beds and remake linens according to strict facility protocols.
- Restocking: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and use cleaning chemicals properly.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them to the supervisor immediately.
- Guest Interaction: Provide a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dust, stains, and maintenance issues.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
