Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential and commercial spaces to the highest standard.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces, including bathrooms and kitchens.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure all areas are safe and free of hazards.
- Follow specific cleaning checklists provided for each property.
- Communicate any maintenance issues or damage to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville, FL area.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent time management skills.
