Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as requested
- Organize and declutter spaces while maintaining client-specific preferences
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and proper sanitation techniques
- Conduct detailed inspections to ensure all areas meet quality standards
- Track inventory and report maintenance needs for equipment/supplies
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all client properties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Background check and drug screening required
- Experience with eco-friendly cleaning products preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus
