Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms/kitchens
- Change linens, make beds, and organize living spaces to client specifications
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and maintain inventory of supplies
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure consistent quality across all properties
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding special requests or concerns
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security standards at all client residences
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- Reliable transportation to various locations in Charlotte
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
