Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exacting standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and inviting.
- Restock toiletries, towels, and amenities in guest rooms promptly.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the floor supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required; full training is provided.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as scheduled.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs frequently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
