Responsibilities
- Perform detailed residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Change bed linens and restock household supplies (toiletries, towels, etc.)
- Manage inventory and report maintenance needs for client properties
- Adapt to client preferences and maintain cleaning quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and use eco-friendly cleaning products
- Complete shift logs and communicate with team leads about service issues
- Travel between assigned residential locations within Indianapolis
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for weekday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Background check and drug test required post-hire
- Basic English proficiency for client communication
