- Empty trash bins and organize clutter in common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients and team members.
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
