- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against innovation milestones

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, generative AI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or Technical Field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
- Strong financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
