Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technical roadmap for the company, specifically focusing on 2026 and beyond technologies.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and technical excellence.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable systems that integrate AI, Machine Learning, and quantum algorithms.
- R&D Management: Oversee research initiatives to explore emerging technologies and assess their feasibility for commercial application.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Process Optimization: Establish and enforce engineering best practices, code reviews, and agile methodologies to ensure high delivery velocity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, Rust, or similar high-performance languages; experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions in fast-paced, evolving environments.
