Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap by identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster creative thinking culture
- Secure and manage R&D budgets for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation, R&D, or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, TRIZ)
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Ability to secure multi-million dollar R&D funding
