Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Produce strategic foresight reports on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech initiatives into core business strategy
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio for rapid prototyping and validation
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record in anticipating future tech trends (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech implementations
