Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across industries
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and neurotech interfaces
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of next-gen technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into corporate transformation
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity preparedness
- Design sandbox environments for testing pre-2026 tech paradigms
- Mentor innovation teams in exponential technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals on exponential tech
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding for speculative R&D
- Global network of tech pioneers and academic collaborators
