Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Innovation with 8+ years of strategic tech planning experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic chips, or AI ethics
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management or equivalent strategic planning credential
