Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems in cryptography and machine learning
- Lead experimental quantum hardware validation on superconducting qubit platforms

- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE/APS conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and secure $5M+ in DARPA/NSF grants
- Partner with Fortune 100 companies to prototype quantum solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
