Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligning with market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, decentralized AI, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for future-facing projects
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
