Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating disruptive innovations into product development pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology adoption with business KPIs
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks tracking global innovation trends
- Present technology strategy insights to investors and executive stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Partner with academic institutions and startups for technology scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact modeling
