- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech integrations
- Forge industry partnerships with NASA, MIT, and UN Technology Innovation Labs
- Present future-vision keynotes at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding for breakthrough initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in ISO 42001 (AI Management) and IEEE 7000 (Ethical Design)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to $1B+ market impact
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified defense projects
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
