Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies for 2026+
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and geopolitical shifts to forecast market disruptions
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision and growth objectives
- Present compelling strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors, academic partners, and innovation hubs
- Drive the commercialization of breakthrough technologies through rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Mentor innovation teams while fostering a culture of calculated risk-taking and forward-thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching market-leading products/services from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential societal/economic impacts
- Experience leading high-stakes innovation projects with budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
