Responsibilities

- Design innovation frameworks for ethical AI implementation and quantum computing integration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on future technology trends
- Oversee $5M+ innovation budget allocation for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Deep understanding of tech policy implications and ethical frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and futures research
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
