Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap for emerging technologies and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, climate tech, and biotechnology
- Conduct scenario planning and risk analysis for 5-10 year horizon initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future strategies with corporate objectives
- Present compelling strategic narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Champion sustainability and ethical innovation principles across all initiatives
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
