Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and finance teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed scenario planning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry pioneers
- Pioneer methodologies for measuring long-term strategic impact beyond traditional KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, corporate foresight, or technology innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) preferred
