Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning models for AI governance and quantum computing adoption
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing business models against climate and geopolitical shifts
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies' commercial viability
- Advise on regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech integration
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis at tech/consulting firms
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Publication record in futurism or technology journals
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on transformational strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (preferred)
