Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend analysis implementation success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in exponential technology domains
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Deep understanding of biotech/AI convergence implications
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
