- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 sustainability and societal impact goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Author thought leadership pieces on emerging paradigms shaping 2026
- Maintain ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven experience developing scenario-planning frameworks for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused projects or research
