Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, bio-digital interfaces, etc.)
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems integration
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., PESTLE analysis, Delphi method)
- Track record of launching 3+ market-disrupting products/services
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS Professional Futurist)
