Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socioeconomic indicators to develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product development strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype disruptive solutions addressing climate resilience, human augmentation, and decentralized systems
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness across business units
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry disruptor summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and Web3
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or implemented innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with futures simulation tools and foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu)
