Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap spanning AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, climate adaptation tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global startups
- Present disruptive frameworks to the board and secure $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies influencing 2026 societal shifts
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring Nobel laureates and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact by 2026
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum AI, neurotech, climate engineering, or space commercialization
