- Design and implement 'Future Labs' for rapid experimentation with emerging technologies
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Quantify innovation ROI and develop KPIs for measuring future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in innovation leadership, strategic foresight, or R&D management
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with 3+ years lead time
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
