Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and socio-economic impacts through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing adoption and AI ethics governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database with predictive analytics capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technologies and human-machine evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on future scenarios or technological disruption
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Advanced proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive modeling platforms
- Portfolio of executed innovation projects with measurable impact
