- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging technologies and disruptive forces
- Partner with R&D teams to align product roadmaps with long-term future-state projections
- Establish external partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops for leadership teams
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscape shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex future concepts
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and social megatrends
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
