Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive trends and paradigm shifts affecting industries through 2026+ using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI integration)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions with 3-year implementation horizons
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Advise executive leadership on scenario planning and risk mitigation for 2026 market landscapes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven expertise in exponential technology trends (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on 2020s disruption trajectories
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex innovation cycles
- Mastery of foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
