- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, presentations, workshops) for internal and external audiences
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor competitive intelligence and disruptor threats across global markets
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainability technologies
