Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) for market applicability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive cultural adoption of innovation methodologies across 500+ employees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite strategy
- Proven track record launching tech ventures with $50M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar credential preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
