- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to develop 2026 strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, marketing, and operations teams
- Design innovation frameworks for new market entry and product development pipelines
- Present future-focused strategies to executive stakeholders and investors with data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for tracking innovation adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Partner with policy teams to navigate regulatory implications of emerging technologies
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or tech foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and market modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous strategic challenges
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives or published thought leadership
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
