- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through visionary grant proposals and investor pitches

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to $100M+ valuation
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering or equivalent disruption
- Deep expertise in ethical tech governance frameworks (UNESCO, WEF standards)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for C-suite and policymakers
