Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Create innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with client business objectives
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and future-state impact assessments
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
