- Present strategic foresight to investors and executive stakeholders
- Establish FutureForge's thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
- Anticipate disruption risks across global markets
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published work on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools
