Responsibilities

- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Design and implement organizational change management for future-ready transformation
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives through scenario modeling and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futures research

- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
