Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products and services
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption potential

- Maintain ecosystem of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
- Drive adoption of sustainable innovation methodologies across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Executive-level communication with ability to inspire action
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
