- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight methodologies into corporate strategy and governance
- Establish cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership platforms
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Mentor innovation teams in design thinking and agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology architecture
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Strong background in corporate innovation processes and R&D management
