Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging digital ecosystems
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision and sustainability goals
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and disruptive opportunity identification
- Produce forward-looking thought leadership publications and industry presentations
- Manage a global network of futurists, academics, and technology pioneers
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into commercial innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) and societal megatrends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking expertise
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in global innovation ecosystems
